In the July 11 Instagram post, fitness coach Raj Ganpath, who sprined 28 kg in 2008, has revealed five simple so far powerful hacks, who have helped him maintain their weight for the last 17 years. Since 2008, he has not only kept the weight off, but has also steadily improved their body structure, fitness and overall health. His perspective, he emphasized, nothing is extraordinary, but about being constantly sticking to simple practices – a reminder that comes firmly rather than long -term results.
strength training
Fitness coach called Shakti training an ‘absolute gamechanger’. He explained, “I lost most of my weight by doing cardio and restricting food. Originally, eat more steps, eat less. I lost my weight and I became thin. Yes, but I was also weak and flabby.” Trusting cardio alone is not enough to create strength. Once he included power training in his routine, he not only developed the muscles, but also promoted his basal metabolic rate, which improved overall fitness. Raj said, “As a result, I ate more good food, more protein, more vegetables. I started feeling strong. My body structure, my fitness, my health, everything started improving everything.”
Walking
Raj is a strong lawyer to improve fitness and maintain weight. He recommended an average of 10,000–15,000 steps every day. He said, “Despite whatever was happening in my life, despite which standard of living I was, I ensured that I ran average every day on an average of 10 to 15,000 steps on a daily basis.” It cannot feel too much on a daily basis, but walking in 10–15K stages increases considerably over time, providing permanent health benefits. Raj continued, “Every day, walking 10 to 15,000 steps per year, I went about 4 million steps. And in 17 years, I went over 50 million steps, which is important.”
Eating vegetables
Raj is “the biggest calorie ban hack as a dubbing vegetables.” According to him, vegetables are not only rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber which improve overall health, but are also incredibly filling. The fitness coach recommended to eat vegetables to promote satisfaction and prevent crawings – “Once I made the habit of eating that vegetable, I started eating a lot of vegetables in every meal and ensured that I was not much or often.”

Smart food
Smart food played an important role in Raj’s fitness journey. He does not recommend doing anything out of the diet or ordinary. His motto is doubled on the basics. “More protein and vegetables, less starch, sugars and fats,” he said. “Hugging hunger, being patient, being a brain, the kind of items I do.” He also said that continuity is important. Regularly involving and incorporating the nutrients recommended by the coach in your diet can help greatly help you to include what you are eating.
Prioritize
Getting adequate sleep has a major difference between energy levels and overall performance. The fitness expert explained, “When I do not sleep enough, I feel tired. I feel motivated to go and exercise and push myself or even to be active.” Good sleep also improves cognitive function and helps in decision making, which allows Raj to make clever decisions regarding food. He said, “Sleeping well in most days, in about 90 to 95 percent days, I feel fresh. I feel alert. As a result I am able to do all the other things that I had just spoken about.”
