High Protein Pancakes:
Material:
- 1 medium banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop (30 grams) protein powder
- pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 g calorie-free sweetener
- 100 grams zero-flesh Greek yogurt
Method:
