Tokyo The Japanese weather agency said that on the afternoon of 31 May, there was a 6.1 magnitude earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 20 km. The agency said the earthquake was on the east coast of Hokkaido. He said that no tsunami warning has been issued. There is no immediate information about the damage.
Earlier, earthquake tremors were felt at 2.19 pm local time, when many tremors were continuously. There was an earthquake of 4.4 magnitude in the same area. Again, an earthquake of 3.5 magnitude occurred at 4.45 pm on the banks of Shikoku, and a 4.7 magnitude earthquake occurred on the banks of Kushiro at 5:07 pm. The authorities did not mention the report of damage or injuries immediately, and said they were monitoring the situation.
