Dekuli Shiv Mandir: Dekuli Dham to be built on the lines of Kashi Vishwanath

Dekuli shiv mandir: Dakuli Dham, the center of religious and historical importance, is now moving towards a new grand form. The construction work of the grand temple complex on the lines of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Varanasi is in rapid progress here at a cost of about Rs 11.89 crore. Recently, taking stock of this development work being done at Baba Bhubaneswar place Dekuli Dham, Shivhar DM Vivek Ranjan Maitreya instructed the concerned Executive Engineer to expedite the works further. The DM also gave instructions to complete the work on time, giving top priority to the quality of construction works.

History of Dekuli Dham connected to Mahabharata period
The glorious history of Dekuli Dham is related to the Mahabharata period. It is believed that the Pandavas worshiped Lord Shiva at this site during their unknown. The Shivling of Baba Bhubaneswar Nath located here is considered to be self -proclaimed, which makes this place very holy and historical. Local devotees and regional people have great enthusiasm about this development work. Everyone hopes that this newly constructed form of Dekuli Dham will give Shivhar district a new identity on the map of religious tourism. Dekuli Dham, which is installed on the banks of Bagmati River on Shivhar-Sitamarhi road, about five kilometers east from Shivhar district headquarters, which is a wonderful Shivling of Baba Bhuvneshwar Nath Mahadev.
