According to SpiceJet sources, discussions are going on between the senior officers of the airline and the officials of Dubai Airport to resolve this problem as soon as possible and restore flight operations. At the same time, considering the seriousness of the matter, the Ministry of Civil Aviation is constantly monitoring the situation.

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that SpiceJet’s flight has been stopped at Dubai Airport due to payment related reasons. Earlier on 31st July also, Dubai Airport Administration had stopped the boarding of passengers due to non-payment of dues. Due to which, SpiceJet had to cancel its 11 daily flights.
In this regard, the Aviation Ministry says that SpiceJet is currently going through challenging times. SpiceJet’s ground staff has been asked to ensure that passengers do not face any inconvenience at Dubai Airport. The ministry is keeping an eye on this entire issue.
