Kashvi Pandey, a Class 12 student of La Martiniere Girls College, said, “The paper was largely application based. Despite general apprehensions, we were able to give our best. Our pre-board preparation helped us understand and solve the questions quickly.”

Vaidehi Baranwal of LMGC said, “The paper was completely based on high level thinking and practical application of formulas. It was definitely long, moreover, I found some questions difficult but still the ISC standard was maintained. Objective questions took more time than expected, due to which I could not manage my time well, but in the end I was successful in solving all the questions.”

Chhavi, a student of City Montessori School, Station Road branch, said: “The paper was mainly application based and required in-depth knowledge to solve some graphical MCQs. It featured a wide range of mathematical concepts at a moderate difficulty level. The well-balanced distribution of subjects contributed to a fair and thorough assessment.

Dev Chaturvedi, another student from the same school, said, “The mathematics paper of moderate difficulty provided a solid assessment of fundamental concepts without excessive complexity. The statements were too complex to understand.”

Anshika Gupta, another student, said, “The paper was moderate to difficult. The 1 mark questions were application based and could not be solved unless some 4 mark questions were from previous year question papers.

Pranam Goyal, a student, said: “The paper was of moderate level. Questions were application based. MCQs tested in-depth knowledge and questioned multiple concepts through various questions. However, some questions were lengthy. Overall the paper required a thoughtful approach and problem-solving skills.”

Piyush Tripathi, a student, said: “The paper was very different from last year’s paper. The paper was application based which made it a bit difficult. The paper required in-depth knowledge based on the findings.

Shaurya Jaiswal said, “The paper was application based and involved the use of deep knowledge. The paper contained several case studies that required proper analysis. The paper was quite long but doable. Overall the paper was of moderate level.” Srishti Singh said, “This year the questions were very crooked and not straight. Some misleading language was used. The change in the pattern of the paper and its application-based nature was new to the students and children are still adapting to it.

Tanishka Sharma of St. Joseph’s College said, “The ISC Mathematics paper was overall moderate but a bit lengthy. The MCQs were very conceptual and precise but apart from that the rest of the paper was really calculative.

Aarav Shukla of St. Joseph’s College said, “The paper was more challenging than last year. It had a total of 22 questions divided into three sections. Out of the last two optional sections, section C was easy. All the questions were from the prescribed syllabus “

“There were some tricky questions,” said Vasu, a student of City Montessori School, LDA branch. Varnit, another science student, said, “The paper was neither difficult nor easy and I enjoyed solving it.” “The paper required better time management,” Jai said. Principal Vineeta Kamran appreciated the efforts made by the teachers which made the students comfortable.

Overall students found the paper moderate and some students are expecting full marks. However, the question on probability was tricky. Tanmay Pandey and Anant Anand of class XII at CMS RDSO campus said that the paper was long, but the students managed to finish the paper on time.

Students of Strawberry Fields High School in Sector 26, Chandigarh, overall felt that the mathematics exam went as per their expectations. Vitthal said that the exam was not difficult, but the way the questions tested his understanding and application of concepts made the exam a bit lengthy. Sashit Sapra said that the exam was well balanced and all the topics were covered almost equally from Chandigarh.
