BPSC 70th Prelims Re-Exam: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the dates for the integrated 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Re-examination to be held on 13th December.
A full bench meeting of the Commission was held on Friday to discuss this matter and it was decided to conduct re-examination soon in the interest of the candidates.
70th BPSC Prelims Re-Exam Date
As per the official notification, the Commission will conduct the 70th BPSC Preliminary Exam Re-examination on January 4, 2025 for the candidates who were earlier allotted Bapu Parisar Examination Center in Patna.
“Meeting of the Full Bench of the Commission regarding re-examination of the canceled Integrated 70th Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination, which was originally scheduled on 13.12.2024 (Friday) at Bapu Examination Complex, on 19.12.2024 Was organized. Keeping in mind the interests of the candidates, the Commission decided to conduct the examination again as soon as possible. “It is hereby informed that, as per the decision taken by the Commission, the re-examination for the canceled examination has been scheduled on 04.01.2025 (Saturday) at Bapu Examination Complex,” reads the official notification.
Earlier this week, the Commission had canceled the 70th BPSC preliminary examination for the candidates at Bapu Campus examination center following the ruckus created by a section of the candidates on December 13. An officer on duty at the examination center also died of a heart attack during the incident. BPSC has ordered re-examination of about 6500 candidates.
