Former Bigg Boss winner Shilpa Shinde made a sarcastic comment on Bigg Boss OTT 3 host Anil Kapoor. This is Anil’s debut in the Indian reality series.
Bigg Boss OTT 3 is known for its daily controversies and rivalry among the housemates. The biggest change is the arrival of Anil Kapoor as the new host. Recently, Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde took a dig at Anil and expressed her disagreement with him replacing Salman Khan in the third season of the celebrity reality series. Shilpa, while talking to the paparazzi, said, “Host nahi hai toh maza nahi hai. ‘Jhakas’ waalon ke apne jagah alag hai. Baaki, Bigg Boss bole toh bhai bhai (If we don’t have the original host then there is no fun. Those known for ‘jhakas’ have their own place. But, when it comes to Bigg Boss then only Salman Khan is bhai).”
Anil Kapoor on hosting Bigg Boss OTT 3
Anil, in an interview with HT, had talked about hosting the new season after Karan Johar (season 1) and Salman (season 2) and said, “We are all different people. So the idea is to just be yourself, use your life experiences and the kind of person you are. When I did 24, which was originally done by Kiefer Sutherland, or The Night Manager, in which my role was originally played by Hugh Laurie, they are world-class actors. Or when I have done Hindi remakes of films with Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth or Chiranjeevi. They have their own style. But when you do it, you make it your own.”

The show recently made headlines due to the controversy between Armaan and Vishal. The YouTuber had allegedly slapped Vishal for making inappropriate comments about his second wife Kritika. Fans and celebrities like Gauahar Khan, Rakhi Sawant and Babika Dhurve have supported Vishal and demanded action against Armaan. Vishal’s family has requested the makers of the show to evict Armaan.
