At the age of 56, Bhagyashree fit with a mixture of yoga, pilates and weight training. In her latest post, she shares simple but effective fitness tips for all.

Actor and nutritionist Bhagyashree may have stepped away from Bollywood’s glamor, but he is deeply associated with fans through his love for health and welfare. Whether it is sharing nutritious cuisine or fitness tips, she never gives a chance to inspire her Insta family. Bhagyashree captioned his post, “Confused about your exercise rule? You can easily mix all those to create a functional training routine that suits you personally. Yoga, Calstains, Pilates, Weight Training, Aerobics, or a game are playing … Whatever you are happy, do whatever you are … but make sure you do to ensure that you are.” Let’s check his routine and pick up some valuable fitness tips.

Bhagyashree emphasizes that yoga is about understanding the breathing process in all various movements. “This helps you understand mentally how to control your body movements on your own. It is about endurance,” she explains.

Pilates

“Pilates are about to strengthen the core, to support and balance it using the center of their body,” Bhagashree said, highlighting her role in improving stability and posture.

Calisthenics

She suggests a bodyweight exercise method, involvement of calisthenics, to create muscle strength while maintaining a lean physique. “This helps to develop various muscle groups effectively,” she says.

Lift load

According to Bhagyashree, it is necessary to train and lift load training and lifting to maintain bone density and muscles. “These exercises ensure that your skeletal system remains strong and supported,” she advises.

“Whether you choose or mix one, exercise make a part of your routine. This is a healthy key to you,” she concludes.
