Are you even a true K-drama fan if you don’t connect with the scenes on a sensory level and find yourself taking to the bustling streets of Seoul, immersed in the sights, sounds and most importantly, the comforting flavors of South Korea? ? Noodle shops or bustling food markets or trendy restaurants where the protagonists exclusively enjoy steaming bowls of seafood ramen? The mere memory of his happy expression and obvious satisfaction on screen is enough to make us crave a delicious bowl of hot seafood ramen.
So this weekend night, we’re letting K-dramas be our source of inspiration as we put on our chef hats to recreate a comforting dish of seafood ramen in our own kitchen with this delicious recipe. Are –
Material:
Shrimp- 8 to 10 pcs
Squid – 8 to 10 pcs
Fish -0.03 grams
Boiled egg-1 whole
Boiled noodles -0.15 grams
Chinese cabbage -0.02 grams
Dice carrots -0.008 grams
Pak Choi – 1 to 2 sticks
Broccoli -0.02 grams
Baby Corn-1 whole
Button Mushroom -0.02 gm
Black Fungus-0.002 grams
Green zucchini – ½ pc
Yellow zucchini – ½ pc
Fresh red chillies – 2 to 3 (depending on spice tolerance)
Nori sheet-1 whole (cut into squares)
Water – 1 vessel
Salt – as per taste
Sugar- as per taste
White pepper-0.001 gram
Light soya-2 tbsp
Dark Soya – 1 1/2 tbsp
Oyster Sauce – 1 tsp
Wine – 1 ½ tbsp
Sesame seeds (black and white) – ½ tsp
Method:
- First of all, take filtered water in a vessel and heat it on the stove until it boils. Boil an egg, peel it and keep it aside.
- Add a few pinches of salt and add prawns, squid, fish and chicken one by one and start steaming them.
- After this, all the exotic vegetables, some white pepper, salt and sugar along with oyster and soy sauce will be added.
- Now add noodles to it and boil it and add nori sheet and white wine on top.
- Garnish with chopped red chillies and black and white sesame seeds and cut the boiled egg into two halves.
