The Department of School Education in Andhra Pradesh has released the preliminary answer keys of Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test or AP TET 2025. Candidates can access the answer key by visiting the official website aptet.apcfss.in. The last date to lodge objection is 24th December.
To access the answer key candidates need to log in to the official portal with their application number and date of birth. The exam was held on 10 and 11 December. Candidates can use the answer key to calculate their probable marks. To do this, one must be aware of the marking scheme – each question carries one mark, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
AP TET 2025 Answer Key: How to check and raise objection?
step 1: Visit the official website of AP TET aptet.apcfss.in.
step 2: Click on the answer key link on the homepage. Question paper and answer key of each paper will appear on the screen. Click on the required answer key to view it. It will appear on the screen in PDF format.
step 3: To raise objection on the answer key, candidates have to enter the required credentials.
step 4: Select the question on which you want to raise objection. Submit sufficient documents and pay the required fees. submit.
Step 5: Download and keep a hard copy of the page for future reference.
AP TET 2025 Qualifying Marks
Each paper is of 150 marks, and the minimum qualifying marks are:
60% for OC/EWS
50% for BC
40% for SC/ST/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen.
There are two papers in the examination. Candidates who qualify Paper 1 will be eligible to teach classes 1 to 5 and candidates who qualify Paper 2 will be eligible to teach classes 6 to 8. The exam is conducted for the duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. It contains 150 MCQs. Paper 1 is divided into five sections – Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, English, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Each section consists of a total of 30 MCQs of one mark each. Paper 2 is divided into five sections – Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1, English and subjects related to the elected stream. There are 30 multiple choice questions in the first three sections and 60 multiple choice questions in the last section.
