In a video shared on Instagram on 9 September, Dr. Anesthesiologist, Medical School Teacher and Doctor Dr. Myro Figura, MD, discussed the importance of maintaining muscle masses as well.
Why can the mass of muscles reverse diabetes?
Dr. In her 30s, Myro said that a video of a woman was being pre-dybled. He busted the myth that thin people cannot be diabetes and said, “I am very thin. I am pre-patient.
Describing what happens to our muscles after the age of 30, Dr. Myro shared a muscle mass and disability threshold graph shared in a report by the Sports Medicine Center, showing how it goes down to those who do not exercise.
According to annestsiologist, the graph depicts the ‘muscle mass’ for exercises and the rest of the US. He said, “Notices exercises never reach the disability limit. It is not only many years. It is several years that you can get off the toilet without help,” he said.

Why is there a problem in low muscles?
Dr. Myro explained, “This is a very big problem because the muscle is responsible for insulin sensitivity. And the skeletal muscle, as your largest part of the body, is responsible for 80 percent of glucose’s metabolism. The entire pathophysiology of diabetes is insulin resistance.”
He said, “Now, when you exercise and you use that muscle, you actually make your body more sensitive to insulin. This is actually the mechanism by which the exercise reverses the early stages of pre-vertebrae and even diabetes.”
