In the Middle East Film and Comic Con, as quoted by Variety, the actor said that his return to the Spider-Man Franchise is very “offbeat” through entertainment tonight, the actor said on the “offbeat” idea, which would also require creative freedom from authors. He recalled the example of Spider-Word films for the same.
Andrew said, “It has to be very strange. I would like to do something very strange. He has some very unique, and surprising, creative Freedom with animated Spider-Word films.”
According to the outlet, in an interview with Escwire Magazine last year, the two -time Oscar Nominee said he was “left”, when his Spider -Man’s role came to such a sudden end after being disappointed at the box office.
Tom Holland played a role with 2017 Spider Man: Homcoming. But the success of the No Way Home proved that the comic book still loves the hero to the recurrence of Andrew.
Andrew was estimated to be part of the franchise again before the release of No Way Home due to the photo and video leaked. However, he continued to deny his participation to maintain suspense.
It worked well as the film was a big hit as a spider man at the global box office due to the unexpected cameo of Andrew and Toby Maguire.
Meanwhile, the next installment of Spider Man’s Tom Holland will begin shooting this year. Sony Pictures has revealed the much awaited fourth installment of Spider-Man franchise starring Tom Holland.
Spider-Man: The film titled Brand New Day, is scheduled to release in theaters on 31 July, 2026.
According to the Hollywood reporter, the announcement was first made in Cinemacon on Monday, where director Destin Daniel Kraton took a stage to express his stimulation about the project hall.
Title, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, refers to the 2008 Comic Book Storyline to be held after a universe-converted event, due to which everyone forgets who is the Spider-Man, the outlet was reported.
This is a plot point fitting, which is the end of the Spider-Man: No Way Home, which forgot the world’s identity of Peter Parker.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is written by Eric Somaras and Chris McCaina, who first Spider-Man: No Way Home. Andrew is also estimated to make a cameo in the series by fans.
