Celebrity fitness trainer Karan Sohani, who has worked with stars such as Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon, often shares health and fitness insight with her Instagram community. “Get up and move forward. Sitting for a long time may seem harmless, but it can happen …” Karan wrote in the caption, reminding his followers of the hidden dangers of a sedentary lifestyle.

He emphasized that short duration of movement can also make a big difference. “Stand up, roam, and prefer your health and longevity,” he urged.
Easy ways to add movement in your day
Sharing practical advice, Karan explained in the video, “This is for someone who needs long to sit for a long time. Sitting is a new smoking. Be sure to get some movement. Be sure to get weights, lift weight, clean, prefer to prefer to prefer and drink a lot of water throughout the day.”
