Alexander Box Office Collection Day 3: Salman Khan’s film is stable, but on the first Tuesday sees a slight decline. Here is how it is.
Alexander Box Office Collection Day 3: Salman Khan’s action-thriller Sikander was released in theaters on 30 March, Eid 2025. The film opened for mixed response from the audience but saw a slight increase on the first Monday. However, the film is struggling to maintain pace after Eid’s holiday. According to Sacnilk, Alexander collected 29 crores at 2 on its release day. On her first Tuesday (day 3), managed to collect the film 17.81 crore at box office 72.81 crores. The collection around the world currently stands 95 crores. The film failed to cross Vicky Kaushal’s Chhava or Mohanlal’s L2: Imapuran, which became the highest opener of the year.
However, according to the producers, the film earned 35.47 crore gross day 1 in India and 39 crore gross on day 2, and has crossed 100 crore mark at the box office worldwide. Looking at a Salman Khan film, the number looks a bit disappointing.

The Action Thriller is directed by AR Murugadoss, who is known for films like Ghajini and Darbar. It returns to the big screen after Salman’s failure of his final release, in 2023, someone’s brother’s life. There was a significant expectation for the film, a section of the audience was dissatisfied with the story and even criticized the performance of Salman, Sataraj, and Rashmika Mandanna. The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi and Pratic Babbar in lead roles.
Speaking about making Alexander with Salman, AR Murugados told PTI, “When you are working with a superstar, you can’t be 100 percent true for the script. We can not be 100 percent real as a director, for the opening of the script.
