Alan said that he would like to work with Hanumankanda, appreciating his ‘spirit of music and style’. “I love his lively mixture of Tamil and electronic music, and of course, his energy is something else.” He also gave a shout to the emperor, stating that he loved his ‘uninterrupted fusion’ of Hindi, Punjabi and pop effects, besides how King played with words.
DJ first visited India in 2016 and admitted to being fascinated by ‘Culture, Music, People and Food’ here. Recalling his final concert, he said, “During my final concert, when the whole audience sang to fade, it was a magical moment that I will never forget. The heat and enthusiasm here is really unmatched. India is a special place.”

Alan performed in India as part of his Walkerworld India Part II. His last stop was in Jaipur on 20 April, marking his tenth performance in the country. He will soon perform in cities such as Barcelona, London, Berlin and Paris as part of his walkerworld European tour. His most recent album, Walkerworld 2.0, was released in January this year.
As Hanumankand, he performed in Kachela earlier this month. He moved to perform hits like Run It Up and Big Dogs with a traditional Kerala Chanda Melum (Drums’ contingent). Videos of his performance were performing online rounds, shown to be fans singing happily and lost his mind when he shown with drummers.
