AIMA MAT 2024: Registration for Paper Based Test (PBT) will close on May 28, 2024, while registration for Computer Based Test (CBT) will close on May 19, 2024.
All India Management Association (AIMA) has started the online registration process for Management Aptitude Test (MAT) May 2024 session. The application window is now open, and interested candidates can register on the official AIMA MAT website – mat.aima.in. The registration for Paper Based Test (PBT) will close on May 28, 2024, while the registration for Computer Based Test (CBT) will close on May 19, 2024.
The PBT exam is scheduled on June 2, 2024 (Sunday) and the CBT exam is scheduled on May 26, 2024 (Sunday). Admit cards for PBT will be available from May 30, 2024, and for CBT from May 23, 2024. The scores of MAT May 2024 exam will be available on MAT website by 2nd week of June 2024.

AIMA MAT 2024: Application Fee
Fee for Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT); Paper-Based Test (PBT) or Computer-Based Test (CBT) is Rs 2100. For dual programs like IBT+IBT; or PBT + IBT; or PBT+CBT; Or CBT + IBT, fee is Rs 3300.
AIMA MAT 2024: Exam Pattern
AIMA MAT is a computer based online test (CBT). It is essential to be familiar with the online testing environment beforehand to avoid any technical issues on the day of the exam. The exam is a two hour long exam. Effective time management is important, so it is advisable to practice solving questions within the stipulated time limit. MAT is divided into five sections and each section consists of 30 questions, making a total of 150 questions in the exam:
– understanding of language
– Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
– Mathematical Skills
– Data analysis and sufficiency
– Economic and business environment
AIMA MAT scores are accepted by over 600 B-schools across India for admission to their MBA and related management programs. Unlike some other MBA entrance exams, you can appear for MAT multiple times in the same year. This flexibility allows you to improve your score with each attempt, increasing your chances of securing admission into your preferred B-school. MAT focuses on evaluating core skills such as logical reasoning, analytical abilities and business acumen, which are important for success in the management field.
