AIIMS-educated gastroenterologists share 8 better snacks, he advises his patients to eat instead of potato chips

However, when you are walking around with friends, watching movies, or participating in any social gathering, ultra-sensitive foods such as potato chips often end on your plate. What if you can be delicious and healthy options for chips?

8 better snacks instead of potato chips

In an Instagram post shared on 3 October, AIIMS, Harvard, and a gastroenterologist, trained in Stanford universities. Saurabh Sethi, highlights eight healthy snacks, which he recommends his patients as an alternative to potato chips.

Sharing the list, Dr. Sethi wrote, “I am a board-prohibited gastroenterologist, and here are 8 better snacks that I recommend eating my patients instead of potato chips. Can or harm snacks. It depends on what you choose.” Here the options he has suggested:

1. Roasted chickpeas

Crunchy, protein-packs, and fiber, roasted chickpeas will keep you full of smooth oils.

2. Air-Popped Popcorn

Dr. Sethi suggested popcorn as they are food items filled with fiber. However, he warned, “But leave butter and artificial taste.”

3. Nut

Nuts such as almonds, walnuts, and cashews are great options for potato chips. According to gastroenterologist, they are rich in healthy fat and antioxidants, which are good for your heart, liver and brain.

4. Adamay

The Edamame plant is rich in protein and micronutrients, which makes it a healthy option to snack on potato chips. “This is a satisfactory and intestine -suited swap,” Dr. Sethi commented.

5. Greek yogurt with berries

Protein, probiotics, and rich in polyphenols, Greek yogurt with berries also support intestine and liver health. It has a healthy option as a snack

6. Seed

Instead of potato chips, snacks have pumpkin, sunflower, chia or flax seeds because they are rich in fiber, healthy fats and omega -3s, making them a stable source of energy and intestine support.

Dr. Seth recommends carrots, cucumbers and celery in place of potato chips. They are rich in crisp and intestinal -friendly fibers.

8. dark chocolate
