New Delhi. Customer complaints against Ola’s electric scooter are not stopping. Recently, a customer of Ola Electric Scooter posted on the social media platform after getting upset with her damaged scooter and appealed to people not to buy this electric scooter. Nisha (X user – @Nisha_gowru) from Bengaluru pasted a poster on her damaged Ola Electric Scooter and wrote about the problems she is facing with this scooter.
In this poster, he wrote, “Dear Kannada people, Ola is a useless two-wheeler. If you buy it, it will only make your life difficult. Please do not buy Ola Electric scooter. X User Nisha told in the post that she regrets buying this scooter a lot. She had to wait for almost a month to buy it. She paid cash for the scooter, but the e-scooter would stop many times during the journey and the glitch did not go away even after a software update.
Response from social media users
Nisha’s social media post is getting a lot of reactions, with one user commenting, “This woman deserves a standing ovation. Ola has received a lot of bad reviews as an EV company in the last few years.”
Another user wrote, “This is a normal thing. The battery suddenly runs out when the mileage goes below 50 km and the scooter also starts making noise when driving on bad roads.”
A customer set the showroom on fire
It is worth noting that a few days ago, a customer set fire to Ola Electric’s showroom in Kalaburagi, Karnataka. The person who set the fire was 26-year-old Mohammad Nadeem, who had bought an Ola Electric scooter on 28 August. Nadeem said that there were constant problems in the scooter, but he was not getting a satisfactory answer from Ola Electric employees, due to which he took this step. Reacting to this incident, Ola condemned this act and said that legal action would be taken against the person.
