relationship, Vinod was resting in the shadow of a tree in the afternoon. He had a new job right now. He was appointed to the post of forest guard in the forest department. After the life of the metropolis and so much studies, Vinod was not happy with this little job, but it was necessary to work to remove the responsibilities of the family and the unemployment imposed by the society. No work seems small after seeing the ups and downs in life. Every work should be respected.
Vinod had not done physical exertion in his life till now, because there was no need, but now the work was found in which everything was to roam. While doing this work, Vinod, who was on the round of the forest, sat under the tree.
Food in hotel due to lack of system
Vinod was married a few months ago and then due to this new job, he had to come from home. This is why he left his wife to parents. Right now, we had to go to the hotel for compulsion to eat food. But due to no fixed time of duty, he could have to leave at any time, and the system of eating and drinking could not be available in the market at all times, so he had to keep biscuits of namkeen packets in his bag, so that even if somewhere got stuck, at least he would not have to be hungry.
What is a forest guard?
The forest guard is the smallest regular post of the forest department. Whose task is to protect the forest area assigned regularly. Even today Vinod came on duty at 6 am with the help of breakfast in his bag, and was tired and resting under the tree. He was also hungry, so he took out a packet of biscuit from his bag and started eating. Cattle around were grazing trees and grasses to calm their hunger.
A meeting changed thinking
A little boy who will be 10 years old, stood under the same tree to avoid the sun. Vinod looked carefully at the boy, wearing a dark face, scattered hair, vest and wearing an old slippers of a big person, he was looking at the cattle with a stick in his hand, perhaps these cattle belonged to him or some other villagers who were sent to graze under the supervision of this child.
Due to standing nearby, Vinod also took out the child from his packet and gave two biscuits to eat and thought of talking formally. The child stood there with biscuits.
Whenever we see a child doing some work, we mostly ask him questions about school.
Vinod asked the child, “Why didn’t you go to school?”
The child replied a simple reply that “not gone today”.
Vinod asked the child, “What is your name”?
The child said, “Kapil”.
Which class would have fallen?
The child replied, “In 5th.
“Where are your father”?
The child said, “Dad is not”
Why. Where did you go? Vinod asked again
The child said, “died”
Vinod of such answer of the child probably did not expect, he was shocked.
After that Vinod asked with a poignant manner, “How”?
The child responded in a very normal way, “Two years ago he was bitten by a snake and he died.”
In the response given by the child, it was clear from his gesture that he has now learned to live without a father by compromising the circumstances.
Makes responsibility big
Vinod felt that the biscuits he had given to the child did not eat it, because the sound that he had while eating the biscuit, neither came any voice nor did he not saw the child eating biscuits.
And the biscuits were no longer in the hand of the child.
Vinod asked, “Eat biscuits”?
But this time the answer of the child was such that Vinod could not even imagine.
The child said innocence but in a voice in a sense of responsibility, “There is a younger sister in the house”.
This little answer of the child shook Vinod inside.
The elder brother plays the role of father
How this child will go home in the evening and will go home and give a biscuit to his sister, then like a father, he will be happy to see him eating biscuits, thinking that Vinod’s eyes were filled, so the mouth stood up on the other side.
Vinod bowed a packet of biscuits and gave it to the child with reverence.
The child went towards the village, shutting the cattle. Vinod sat there and kept watching the child going, until the child disappeared from the eyes.
Pran for life
Today the child taught Vinod who had not yet learned in life. And he vowed that he would treat everyone in a good way in his life and will never disturb any unhappy, weak person and will help them as far as possible.
