Jackie Kumar of Gayaji has set out on a cycle journey to 12 Jyotirlingas and 11 Shaktipeeths. He has started this journey from Mangala Gauri temple. They will complete this journey of about 25-26 thousand kilometers in one year. Traveling 60-70 kilometers daily, he is spreading spiritual energy by visiting various religious places including Deoghar, Kalighat.

The name of Jackie Kumar, a resident of Gayaji, Bihar, has also been added to this list. These days, Jackie Kumar has gone on a religious journey to 12 Jyotirlingas and 11 Shaktipeeths of India on his bicycle. Their aim is not just to have darshan but to achieve spiritual prosperity in life and spread positive energy through faith.
Cycle journey of 26 thousand kilometers
During a special conversation with local 18, Jackie Kumar told that he started his journey on November 5 by performing rituals at the famous Mangala Gauri Shaktipeeth of Gayaji. After this, he is going on bicycle to Deoghar via Koderma to visit Baba Baidyanath. After Deoghar, his next visit will be to Shaktipeeth Kalighat in Kolkata. From where they will continue their journey by visiting other Jyotirlingas and Shaktipeeths according to the nearest routes on Google Map. He told that his entire journey is going to be about 25 to 26 thousand kilometers, which has been targeted to be completed in one year.
Daily journey of 60-70 kilometers
He told that before this he had also traveled on foot from Gaya to Ayodhya Dham. He believes that life comes once and if desires remain suppressed in the heart then life remains incomplete. Leaving financial problems behind, he has accepted cycle travel as his spiritual practice. They also have to face many challenges during the journey. At some places there are bumpy roads and at other places there is the impact of weather. But still they cover a distance of 60 to 70 kilometers every day. In the evening, they make arrangements to stay with the help of local people and sometimes spend the night by setting up tents in temple premises, dhabas and vacant places.
