In a blog post, Google has said that videos with clickbait titles or thumbnails, especially those related to breaking news or current events, will be removed.

The tech giant says many creators use catchy and misleading titles, such as Breaking News or The President Steps Down. These often create misunderstandings. Such content is misleading. According to YouTube, such titles can deceive and frustrate viewers, especially when viewers are expecting important information from the video.
YouTube will take strict steps
To solve this problem, YouTube has announced that it will remove videos that use such clickbait tactics and will not issue strikes against the creator’s channel. However, the company will give content creators time to fix their videos according to the new rules of YouTube.
