First water adventure sport
During a special conversation with Local 18, Kamal Pandey, the operator of water cycle in Bhimtal lake, tells that this is the first such water adventure sports of Uttarakhand in Bhimtal. It is being operated by his company Global Era Private Limited. Presently 4 water cycles are running in Bhimtal Lake, which are of two types, single seater and double seater. These bicycles have been brought here from other countries of the world like Taiwan and USA. Their price ranges from 7.5 lakh to 11 lakh.
Bicycle remains self balanced
Kamal, the operator of the water cycle, said that the water cycle is self-balanced, which makes sitting in it very easy and comfortable. For safety reasons, you are given a life jacket as well as necessary instructions for water cycle ride. Water cycle ticket is Rs 500. The people who sit on it come back with a satisfied smile on their faces.
Tourists are also enjoying water cycle
Tourist Ashutosh Kumar Singh, who came to visit Bhimtal from Delhi, says that he had come to visit Nainital with his wife. When he reached Bhimtal during the lake tour, he did paragliding and other adventure activities here. As soon as he came to Bhimtal and came to know about water cycling, he tried this activity. He told that he saw this kind of water adventure for the first time. He enjoyed cycling in the water amidst the beautiful views of Bhimtal.
