The XLRI Senior Development Program, designed by the famous XLRI Faculty, includes top XLRI faculty, intensive case-on group projects and simulation, Peer-to-Pier Learning, 7-Day In-Campus Emergian and a Capstone Project. The module of this program includes human resource management, which is a strategic process in creating agility, to facilitate the human resource strategy, organization design, the role of HR in the creation of talent, the role of HR, inspiration, leadership and HR and the role of HR in the management of industrial relations and to include labor laws between others.
