Sharing her intermittent fasting diet, Richa wrote in the caption, “By doing intermittent fasting I lost 7 kgs more in just 21 days and this is what I ate in a day for weight loss and glowing skin.”

Intermittent fasting diet followed by him:

at 9 am: Gut Cleansing Water for Clear Glass Skin and Gut Health

10 am: Collagen Rich Smoothie for Clear Skin

at 2 pm: 100g tofu wrap with high-protein bread and vegetables and creamy dressing

4 pm: 2 boiled eggs and apple after workout
