Yoga trainer and weight loss coach Sakshi Yadav shares before and after weight loss pictures on her Instagram account Yogawali Ladki. In a recent post, she discussed how she was scared of attending weddings this year after ‘losing 25 kg in six months’. How to avoid weight gain during wedding season?
In her latest post, Sakshi shared a video of herself at a wedding, explaining how she is not depriving herself this wedding season but is also trying her best to keep the weight gain at bay. What does she eat to survive? She says that if you apply her trick, you too will be able to maintain a healthy weight without any unnecessary struggle.

‘I eat 50-60 percent protein and fiber rich food’
She said, ‘In this wedding season, I was afraid that my diet would be ruined and all my hard work would go waste. But I have to go to weddings, there is no option. So the trick I use is this: I eat healthy foods consisting of 50-60 percent protein and fiber during meals. I eat paneer, chickpeas and salad dishes at the buffet.”
Sakshi said, “After this, I move towards the dishes that I really want to eat, the hearty food that I crave the most at that moment. And I do one more thing: I never choose my own plate for these, I always share it with a family member or friend so that I can enjoy these dishes without any guilt and avoid overeating “
