What to eat to lose 16 kg?

Before starting her weight loss journey, Bhavana weighed around 83 kg. After starting a diet plan for weight loss, his weight went from 83 to 67 kg. She managed to lose 16 kg in her journey. According to her post, she started her day by drinking coffee at 8 am and skipping breakfast, followed by brunch at 11 am. During lunch, she chose one of five options, which included fruit bowls, overnight soaked oats, or vegetarian/non-vegetarian bowls. See below:

1) A fruit (mostly apple, banana or strawberry)

Oatmeal soaked overnight (1/2 oats, 1 cup milk, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder and 1 tbsp honey).

2) Two egg omelette mixed with vegetables

3) Make a smoothie with dry fruits (10 almonds, 10 cashews, 4 dates, 2 figs, 1/2 handful of resin) soaked overnight or fruits and soaked nuts and seeds.

4) Vegetarian bowl of dal or chana or rajma or any dal of choice, or paneer burji. 1 cup curd and 2 dates as dessert.

5) Non-Veg Bowl: Air fried chicken/fish/eggs. 1 cup curd and 2 dates as dessert.

After lunch, Bhavana had some breakfast between 2-3 pm. During this time, they chose one of three options, which included ‘1/2 cup yogurt with blueberries and honey, roasted chickpeas or makhana, and fruits like melons or watermelon.’ Meanwhile, for dinner, he can have either a vegetable bowl (choice of dal/paneer curry or burji/salad/soya chakkas curry) or a non-veg bowl (air fried or grilled chicken/fishegg).
