Megan says, “It is perfect for people when leaving! It is simple, high in protein, and keeps you complete.”

  • Lunch: Tuna Salad Sandwich with Protein Chips

“It is super easy to keep together and pack with nutrients,” she shares.

To curb unnecessary snacking, Megan contains a protein shake between food to stay full and energetic.

  • Dinner: low-calorie hamburger

“Nothing ends at night with a burger, but I swap Ban for chopped latcus, which completes me for a long time and bites the calories,” she tells.

  • Sweets: Protein Yogurt with Blueberry and Dark Chocolate

“I like to finish my day with some sweet, so I top the protein yogurt with blueberries and dark chocolate,” Megan is called.

How to plan food for weight loss

Megan explained in his caption on those major principles while keeping his food together:

  • Increase in volume: Adding less calorie ingredients such as fruits and vegetables makes food more satisfactory.
