In India, the cases of Kovid-19 have once again started increasing gradually and in the meantime an old prediction has come into the discussion again. This prophecy is associated with the famous Manga artist Ryo Tatsuki of Japan and the celebrity called ‘Baba Venga of Japan’. It is being said that he predicted a deadly virus to return again years ago.
In 1999, Ryo Tatsuki wrote a book called ‘The Future Az IC It’, in which he made some predictions on the basis of his dreams. He had said that an unknown virus would come in 2020, which will reach the peak in April and disappear for some time, but after 10 years he will return again and bring more destruction. People are connecting this prediction to Kovid-19, and in the current cases the increase is being considered as a call for that prediction.
Is there truth in Tatsuki’s prediction?
Tatsuki not only warned of Kovid’s return, but he had already seen the first wave of 2020 in his dreams. This claim has been made in his book. He had said that ‘a mysterious virus would emerge in 2020 and then in 2030 it would return to even more destructive.’

People are considering this prediction as the predictions of Baba Wanga. Baba Vanga is the same who allegedly predicted Covid-19, Princess Diana death, Freddy Mercury’s death and many other incidents.
Warning of huge tsunami too
Another prediction of Baba Wanga is becoming viral on social media. He had said that in July 2025, there would be a tremendous explosion between Japan and the Philippines in the sea, which will bring three times the larger tsunami from 2011. He had associated it with the ‘boil’ of the sea and said that this natural phenomenon would shake Japan.
Is Kovid returning again? What are the situation in India?
There is no concern about the bounce that is being seen in Kovid-19 cases currently in India. Dr. Rajiv Behal, Director General of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), said on Monday that the seriousness of the cases so far is very low and there is no need to panic. He said that the genome sequencing of samples taken from West and South India has shown that these new variants are sub-variants of Omikron. These include types like LF.7, XFG, JN.1 and NB.1.8.1, which are considered less serious.

According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 104 cases were reported in Delhi last week, while in Kerala 430 and 209 new cases were registered in Maharashtra. There are a total of 1,009 active cases across India, including 12 from West Bengal, 13 from Rajasthan, 15 from Uttar Pradesh, 69 from Tamil Nadu, 47 from Karnataka and 83 from Gujarat. However, most cases are light symptoms and they are being handled in home isolation.
