Animal Law Cell’s student convenor Ankur Arora said, “Without intervention, these violations will continue to harm countless animals, reducing legal protection to protect their welfare,” Animal Law Cell student convenor Ankur Arora said that failure to implement existing laws sends a dangerous message that cruelty is tolerable.
Animal Law Cell hoped that detailed conclusions would help the enforcement agencies to break down on illegal practices and ensure complete implementation of PET shop rules, 2018.
