Charging stops 80% due to this setting
Using Optimized Battery Charging in iOS 13 and later, your iPhone uses on-device machine learning to understand your daily charging routine. So if your phone always stops charging at 80%, it may be because the Optimized Battery Charging option is enabled in your phone settings.
Your iPhone may get a little warm while charging. To extend battery life, the phone’s software prevents charging above 80% when it gets too hot. Your iPhone will start charging again when the temperature drops. Try moving your iPhone and charger to a cooler place.
