Checking out at 12 o’clock gives time to change bedsheets, clean up and complete other preparations. When all room guests check out at the same time, cleaning is done at once. If guests check out as per their convenience, check out at different time intervals. In such a situation, it will not be possible to do all the cleaning at once, this can increase problems for the staff. However, many guests check-in late at night or at 5 am and have to check out at 12 o’clock. In such situations, many times customers complain a lot.
Customer’s comfort is taken care of
Mukesh further said that no one likes to get up early after going on holidays. Therefore, for the convenience of the passengers, the check-out time has been kept at 12 noon. So that by this time you can get up comfortably, pack your belongings and leave easily.
Different check-out times will spoil the entire system
Mukesh said that another reason behind keeping the check-out time in the hotel at 12 noon is that it makes it easier for the management to book the rooms. The staff knows how many rooms will be vacant at 12 noon. This makes it easier for them to book the remaining rooms. Due to check-out at different times, there is a danger of messing up the entire system. That’s why hotels keep the same check-out time.
