Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant winner Uma Sophia Srivastava has resigned from her post after careful consideration, saying that her views do not align with those of the organization. Hindustan Times.
Her resignation comes days after Noelia Voigt resigned as Miss USA.
“After months of struggling with this decision, I have chosen to resign the title of Miss Teen USA 2023,” Srivastava wrote in a statement on her personal Instagram account.

“I am looking forward to the rest of the year as I complete 11th grade as part of the National Honor Society and begin the college application process, knowing that my academic career was defined by my hard work and my hard work alone Is,” he added.
Here’s everything about Umasofia Srivastava:
1) She represented New Jersey at the national level as a first-generation Mexican-Indian American and won Miss New Jersey Teen USA. She was later crowned Miss Teen USA.
2) After Faron Medhi in 2022, Srivastava becomes the second consecutive title holder of Indian origin.

3) Her goal is to become a United Nations ambassador in the future.
4) She works closely with the Lotus Petal Foundation to help underprivileged children in India receive education, proper nutrition, and health care.

6) She also runs a blog, “That’s Fan Behavior,” where she shares her experiences as a woman of color. Among others, she also plays the piano.
