Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a 29 -year -old man who has lived in the United States for nearly 14 years. He illegally entered the US in 2011. For years, he worked in construction and started his life.
In 2019, when his case was heard, an immigration judge ruled that he could not be sent back to Al Salvador on the basis of evidence that he faced dangers from some gang members.
The judge found that a gang in Al Salvador was “targeting him and threatening him to death due to his family’s Pupusa business.”
But he could be sent to another country.
In March this year, Trump officials arrested him based on the 2019 charge that he was a member of an MS -13 gang after “reliable sources”.
Despite the 2019 decision, Kilmar Abrego Garcia was placed on an aircraft and sent to Al Salvador.
Now, the Trump administration has described their case as “an administrative error”.
At the end of March, Kilmar Abrego Garcia and his family sued several officials of the Trump administration, demanding his return. US District Judge Paula Shinis also ruled that Al Salvador was an “illegal work” to his exile, instructing the Trump administration to return by 31 March.
Donald Trump said, “If the Supreme Court said that I will do it, I respect the Supreme Court.”

Al Salvador President Bukele, who met Donald Trump at the White House, said he had no plans to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia. He suggested that if he is sent back to America, it would be like smuggling a terrorist in the country.
“The question is how I can smuggle a terrorist in the United States? I do not have the power to return to America,” said Bukle.
