Actor Bipasha Basu has always maintained that for him, fitness is a way of life, not just a goal. In its old interviews as well as social media posts, she emphasizes the importance of discipline, stability and mental welfare in achieving physical fitness. Weight Training and Cardio to Yoga, Dance, Pilates
Asked if ‘you can share your diet rule’, the actor jokingly, “You give me money and I will give you diet tips!” However, Bipasha was more upcoming with her workout details, and said, “I like to activate something every day. My favorite weight training and cardio are going to the gym for cardio. But I also try to do a little yoga, I try new classes like Pilates … At this time I am in some dance exercises. I try to swim among some, so I do different things.”

Mrinal Thakur recently apologized for an old video, which revived, where she commented on Bipasha Basu’s body, called it ‘masculine with muscles’. From his early television days, the old video has provoked backlash on social media, with many accused Mrinal of body-sheming Bipasha.
In between, Bipasha shared a secret message on Instagram, which said, “Strong women raise each other.” The actor emphasized the importance of women supporting each other, and encouraged women to prioritize physical and mental strength, saying, “Get those muscles, beautiful women … muscles help you get good physical and mental health forever!”
