1. Fine grains from sugars for fiber-rich breakfast

Most breakfast grains are loaded with sugar and provide little nutritional value. Instead, select the option of high-fiber options such as dried oats, millet porridge, or whole grain toast. Fiber serves as food for good intestine bacteria, keeping digestion smooth and helps them to flourish by reducing long -term risks such as constipation and even chronic diseases.

2. Ice cream and sweets for yogurt with fruits

Instead of Chinese-thunder desserts, try plain curd with fruits at the top. Yogurt is rich in probiotics, good bacteria that support intestine health. You can also mix yogurt with fruits in smoothie or mix it in chopped vegetables for a beautiful bend. Just make sure to leave the added sugars.

3. Swap fried snacks for roasted chickpeas and nuts

4. Swap sugary drinks for natural fluids

Packed juices and soda contain often added sugar and preservatives that disrupt the flora of the intestine. Change them with coconut water, without lassi, fruit-worked water, or buttermilk. These drinks hydrate and, in the case of fermented people, add beneficial bacteria to the intestine.

5. Avoid harmful white foods

Cut on white bread, maida (refined flour), white rice, sugars biscuits, table salt and excess sugar. Change them with multiigraine bread, whole rice and flour such as ragi, millet, jovar, or semolina. Whole grains are rich in fiber and help to nourish intestine microbes.

6. Add fermented foods and high-fiber fruits

Add fermented foods like idli, dosa and kimchi to food. Encourage high-fiber fruits like apples, papaya, guava and pear. Garlic and onion also support intestine health.
