1. Use spices such as Keyen Black Pepper, Turmeric, and Cinnamon to promote your metabolism for rapid weight loss.

2. Eat your protein and vegetables before your carbs – it will make you feel full quickly, making it difficult to eliminate the remaining carbs on your plate.

3. Drink water 5-10 minutes before your meal to help control your appetite and make sure you are satisfied with part of your plate.

4. Use small plates or bowls while serving your food to understand your brain a large food, which will help you feel more satisfied.
