Mistake 1

Most Indians (especially above 40) focus only on walking, but do not train power. Walking/cardio is great, but it is not enough. Adding strength training increases fat loss and helps manage sugar levels.

Solution: Priority to lifting weight at least 3x / week.

You are eating “clean”, but you are still eating too much calories. Healthy foods such as nuts, avocados, and some dressing/sauce are great in moderation but are high in calories.
