Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur are busy promoting their upcoming release Family Star. Both the actors had a blast at an event in Hyderabad, where they celebrated Holi with the team and danced on stage. Mrinal also shared the video of this event on his Instagram stories. For an event on Holi, both Vijay and Mrunal chose white outfits. While Vijay chose a white kurta and pajama, Mrunal looked beautiful in a white churidar and Anarkali kurta. The duo wished Holi to all the fans present at the event and gave them a short dance performance on their song Kalyani Vacha Vacha. Videos of her dancing on stage were uploaded on social media by many fan pages.
Mrinal was also seen applying color on Vijay’s face. She shared a short video on her Instagram Stories, in which she was seen applying dry color on Vijay’s cheeks while he stood smiling. In the caption he wrote, “@deverakonda bad na mano holi hai.”

Fans also got a gift from Vijay and Mrunal on Holi as the third single from their film released today. Titled Madhuramu Kadha, this soulful song was picturized on the relationship between Mrunal and Vijay’s characters in the film.
Directed by Parasuram Petla, Family Star is all set to release in theaters on April 5 and the team of the film has started promotions from today. Family Star is Mrunal’s third film after the hugely successful Sita Ramam with Dulquer Salmaan and Hi Nanna with Nani. On Sunday, she visited Sri Yellamma Pochamma in Balkampet, Hyderabad to seek blessings before the release of her film.
