With festive season, this initiative focuses on making EVS more reliable, inexpensive and accessible, increasing long -term price for customers.
Extended warranty and battery protection
Vida now provides a comprehensive extended warranty of up to 5 years or 75,000 km, which protects 11+ vital components for peace of mind. In addition, customers can avail extended battery warranties up to 5 years or 60,000 km, protecting from unpredictable battery fall or performance issues.

Buyback assured for resale confidence
Addressing one of the biggest concerns of EV buyers, Vida has introduced an assurance buyback scheme. Customers can return their VIDA scooter after three years and get up to 67.5 percent of the original effective pre–shrine value, ensuring financial security and a transparent resale process.
Holy connectivity and charging
With Vida Edge Subscription, riders receive unlimited fast-charging access to the largest EV charging network of more than 3,600 stations in India. The package also includes 40+ connected features such as real-time battery monitoring, charging station locator, ride statistics and OTA software updates.

24/7 roadside assistance
To provide trouble -free support, VIDA has provided 24/7 roadside assistance. Covering emergency situations such as flat tires, discharge batteries, or mechanical issues, service facilities are included in service, making sure that the riders are never stuck.
Battery-e-Service (Baas)
A standout feature is a flexible “pay-a-u-go” model of a bidout facility. By financing scooter chassis and batteries separately, customers can reduce the upfront cost and switch to affordable monthly payments, making EVS more accessible.
