Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri and Amy Virk came to Delhi on Monday to promote their upcoming comedy film Bad Newz. Let’s find out what they did in the capital.
As Anand Tiwari’s comedy Bad Newz gears up for release, the cast was spotted promoting the film in Delhi at events, paratha shops and even the Delhi Metro. Vicky Kaushal, Tripati Dimri and Amy Virk relished parathas at Moolchand and also used the Delhi Metro to avoid traffic. Bad News Team in Delhi
Vicky, Amy and Tripti visited the capital on Monday. They not only promoted the film at an event attended by hundreds of fans but also visited some of the sights of Delhi. First, they were seen boarding the Delhi Metro along with other passengers. The three actors stood in the middle of the compartment and chatted with each other and also discussed the metro map.
Vicky shared several pictures from the event on his Instagram handle on Monday, where he interacted with the live crowd. Then there were pictures of him visiting the famous Moolchand Paratha shop and enjoying hot parathas and lassi in his car. In one of the pictures, Vicky was seen having a foodgasm with a plate of parathas and a glass of lassi in his hand. Vicky captioned the post, “Delhi. Aapke pyaar aur parathas ne to swad dila diya… shukriya, mehrabani, karam! See you in cinemas near you on 19th July… ab aapko entertain ki vade hamaara! #BadNews (flying kiss emoji).”

Bad Newz, directed by Anand Tiwari, is a drama that explores the complexities of heterosexual oversaturation amid a backdrop of humour and chaos. The recently released trailer of the film features Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk as protagonists grappling with unexpected parenthood dilemmas, with Tripti Dimri adding to the comical mayhem.
The film appears to be a sequel to the 2019 hit film Good Newz, which starred Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in lead roles. Bad Newz is co-produced by Anand Tiwari, Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Amritpal Singh Bindra.
Written by Ishita Moitra and Tarun Dudeja, the film will release in theatres on July 19.
