In fact, 31 proposals have been approved in the cabinet meeting held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In this episode, the Nitish cabinet has reduced the registration charge of motor vehicles. This decision has been taken to promote the purchase and registration of vehicles in Bihar. Let us tell you that the registration charge in Bihar was higher than in other states.
Registration of new vehicles in Bihar will not affect your pocket much. Nitish cabinet approved the proposal to reduce the registration charges of bikes, autos, cabs etc.
Now, for registration of a motorcycle, one will have to pay Rs 1,150 instead of Rs 1,500. Apart from this, the registration charge for auto will be Rs 1,150 instead of Rs 5,650 and for cab, the registration charge will be only Rs 4,150 instead of Rs 23,650.
