Chef Amit Sharma, Head of Love and Cheesecake shared some dishes for your Caramel-Special dessert Nights. These are cheesecake recipes that range from egg-free dishes for vegetarian and vegetarians to easy, no-baked cheesecake dishes.

1. Caramel tea cake (oval)

Material:

  • 1 cup all-pest flour
  • 1/2 cup grain sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt

Method:

  • Preheat the oven at 350 ° F (175 ° C). Greek and line a pav pan.
  • In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  • In another bowl, mix together granular sugar, brown sugar, oil, milk, caramel sauce and vanilla extracts until they are well combined.
  • Gently add dry ingredients to wet materials, mix until just combined.
  • Put the batsman in the finished pav pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the toothpick is inserted in the center.
  • Cool into the pan for 10 minutes, then move into a wire rack.

2. Namkeen caramel-layered cheesecake (oval, no-bock)

Material:

For crust-

  • 1 ½ cup digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 4 cups of molten butter
  • To fill the cheesecake:
  • 500 grams of cream cheese, soft
  • ½ cup powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup salty caramel sauce (extra for drizzle)
  • Whipped Cream for Topping (Optional)

Method:

  • Mix the pieces of digestive biscuits with melted butter and press into a line spring form pan. Cold for 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix well, add powder sugar and vanilla extracts.
  • Fold in salty caramel sauce until equally combined.
  • Put the cheesecake mixture over the crust and lubricate the top.
  • Additional salty caramel drizzle at the top.
  • Cold until at least 4 hours or set.
  • Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.

3. Caramel Macadamia Nut Cheesecake (Eggless, No-Bake)

Material:

For crust-

  • 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 cups of molten butter

To fill the cheesecake-

  • 500 grams of cream cheese, soft
  • ½ cup granular sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup chopped macadamia nut

Method:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a line spring form pan. Cold for 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla extracts, mix well.
  • Fold in caramel sauce and chopped McDamia Nut.
  • Put the cheesecake mixture over the crust and lubricate the top.
  • Cold until at least 4 hours or set.
  • Slice and serve cool.

4. Namkeen caramel baked cheesecake (with eggs)

Material:

For crust-

  • 1 ½ cup digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 4 cups of molten butter

To fill the cheesecake-

  • 500 grams of cream cheese, soft
  • ½ cup powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup salty caramel sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Method,

  • Preheat the oven at 325 ° F (160 ° C). Greece and line a springform pan.
  • Mix the pieces of digestive biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix well, add powder sugar and vanilla extracts.
  • Add eggs at a time, beating at a low speed.
  • Stir in salty caramel sauce and heavy cream until completely combined.
  • Put the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  • For 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggle.
  • Close the oven and let the cheesecake be slightly open with the door.
  • Once cooled, cold for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
