Small-cap company Sampre Nutritions have created panic in the stock market. In six months, 250% rally rally and 65 consecutive days of upper circuit, it has become a multibagger of investors.

The company has informed the BSE that the Board of Directors have approved the allotting of 5.50 lakh equity shares on 12 September. These shares have been allotted on the conversion of the earlier warrants. In this, promoter Brahma Gurbani got 5 lakh and public shareholder Vishal Ratan Gurbani got 50,000 share warrants. The company said that it has received an additional amount of about ₹ 2.49 crore from this process.
Shares of Sampre Nutritions, a confectionery manufacture, have given more than 607% returns to investors in the last five years. At the same time, in the last one year, this stock went up 20%. In 2025, its shares have increased more than 52% so far. Its 52-vends in March 2025 were ₹ 20.90, while in November 2024 the stock had reached high of ₹ 101.17.
Due to continuous upper circuit and fast rally, this stock has made a strong grip in the small-cap segment. The company’s market cap has now reached around ₹ 201 crores. Experts say that there can be pressure of profit recovery in such high speed stocks, so investors should be vigilant.
