1) Srikanth
Rajkumar Rao has played the life character of Shrikant Bola in the biopic. He is an industrialist who despite being visually impaired, fearlessly fulfilled his dreams. Srikanth founded Bolant Industries, which provides employment to unskilled and disabled persons. The trailer showed how Rajkumar mesmerized Srikanth’s indomitable spirit, overcoming all odds to pave his way to success.
Apart from Rajkumar, the film also stars Jyotika, Sharad Kelkar and Alaya F in lead roles. The film is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and written by Jagdeep Sidhu and Sumit Purohit. Produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP, the film will release in theaters on May 10.
2) Mr. and Mrs. Mahi
The sports drama will star Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles. This will be Rajkumar’s second film in a month. Directed by Sharan Sharma, Mr. & Mrs. Mahi marks the second collaboration between Janhvi and Rajkummar Rao after their successful stint in Roohi. Recently, Karan Johar treated fans with a new poster on Instagram. It shows Rajkumar and Janhvi wearing blue jerseys with the number 7 written on them, facing the stadium and cheering for the Indian cricket team. Manoj Bajpayee is in the lead role in the upcoming film. The teaser of the film begins with a group of men trying to kill someone. But they fail miserably. Bhaiya Ji is Manoj’s 100th film, produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Kamlesh Bhanushali, Samiksha Oswal, Shail Oswal, Shabana Raza Bajpayee and Vikram Khakhar. 4) The Fall Guy
Emily Blunt and Ryan Gosling’s action-comedy The Fall Guy is all set to release in Indian theaters on May 3. According to a statement shared by the makers, the title of the film, Kartam Bhugatam, translates to “What goes around, goes around”, which sums up its interesting story. Combining the ancient universal truths of astrology and karma, the film explores how every action has certain consequences, reiterating the age-old Hindi proverb “Jaisa karoge, waisa bharoge (As you sow, so you reap)”. .
