Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, popularly known as UP Board, declared the Intermediate (Class 12) and High School (Class 10) Exam Result-2024 at its headquarters in Prayagraj on Saturday, April 20, 2024. . There has been a slight decline while the passing percentage of Intermediate has increased.
Overall 89.55% students passed the 10th board high school examination, while 82.60% students passed the 12th board intermediate examination. Last year, 89.78% students passed the high school (Class 10) exams, while 75.52% students passed the intermediate exams, UP Board Chairman Mahendra Dev and Secretary Divyakant Shukla said while declaring the results.

According to data provided by the UP Board, the passing percentage of high school declined by 0.23% and intermediate increased by 7.08%.
In the high school examination, Prachi Nigam from Sitapur district topped by scoring 591/600 (98.50%) marks and in the intermediate again Shubham Verma from Sitapur topped by scoring 489 out of 500 (97.80%). Both are from the same school: Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College in Mahmudabad, Sitapur.
Deepika Sonkar of Fatehpur stood second in high school by scoring 590 out of 600 (98.33%) marks. The third rank is jointly shared by four students who have scored 588 (98%) marks. These are Navya Singh and Swati Singh of Sitapur, Deepanshi Singh Sengar of Jalaun and Arpit Tiwari of Pratapgarh.

Six students are joint second in Intermediate. All of them got 488 marks out of 500 (97.60%). These are Vishu Chaudhary of Baghpat, Kajal Singh of Amroha, Raj Verma and Kashish Maurya of Sitapur, Charlie Gupta of Siddharthnagar and Sujata Pandey of Deoria.
Five students jointly share the third rank by obtaining 487 out of 500 (97.40%). They are Sheetal Verma of Sitapur, Kashish Yadav of Rae Bareli, Aaditya Kumar Yadav of Kanpur Nagar, Anksha Vishwakarma of Fatehpur, Palak Singh of Siddharth Nagar.
