UP Board Exam Date 2025: Class 10th and 12th students of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) will appear in the final examination in February and March next year.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, the UP Board Class 10th and 12th exams will begin on February 24 and end on March 12. UPMSP released the exam date sheet or time table on Monday. As per UPMSP Class 12th, 10th board time table, the examinations will be conducted in two shifts.
The first shift exam will start at 8:30 am and end at 11:45 am and the second shift exam will start from 2 pm till 5:15 pm.
UP Board exams for classes 10th and 12th, also known as high school and intermediate, will begin on February 24 and end on March 6. On the first day of the exam, high school students will take the Hindi exam, while students from the intermediate division will take the Military Science paper in the morning shift.
This year, 54,38,597 students will appear for the UP Board 10th and 12th examinations in 2025. These include 27,40,151 high school students and 26,98,446 intermediate students from 27,000 UPMSP-affiliated schools.
According to HT, there has been a decline in the number of school students taking admission in classes 10th and 12th this year. The number of students has decreased by 86,745. A total of 55,25,342 students were registered for the 2024 UP Board Exam.
Uttar Pradesh Board has increased the number of students appearing for the exam from one examination centre. Earlier, an examination center was allowed to conduct UP Board exams for 1,200 students at a time. Now, the number of examination centers has been increased to 2,000 as government-aided schools have more capacity to conduct the examination.
