The head of the Ukrainian Military Intelligence, Curilo Budanov has claimed that North Korea is now supplying more than 40 percent of Russia’s blooming for the war in Ukraine.

During a ceasefire conversation, Putin told Trump in a phone call last week that Russia would not “return” on its war objectives.
