UKPSC Recruitment 2024: Registration for 613 Group C Lecturer posts begins at psc.uk.gov.in – AyraNews24x7

Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has announced the recruitment of 613 Lecturer posts in Group C for both General and Women branches through Uttarakhand Special Subordinate Education Service Examination 2024. Interested candidates can start submitting their online applications from today, October 18, 2024, the registration window will remain open till November 7, 2024. This gives interested individuals a limited amount of time to complete their applications. Specific reservation details for categories including OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PWBD and Ex-SM will be mentioned in the official advertisement to be released on November 18, 2024.

UKPSC Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Master’s degree from a UGC recognized university and must have completed two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE approved institution.

Candidates age should be at least 21 years but not more than 42 years as on 1st July 2024. The upper age limit has been increased to 45 years for OBC candidates and 48 years for SC/ST candidates.

UKPSC Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

The application fee for UKPSC Lecturer Recruitment varies category wise and can be paid online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card or UPI. General, OBC and EWS candidates are required to pay Rs. 172.30, while SC and ST applicants will have to pay Rs. 82.30. The fees for PwD candidates has been reduced. 22.30.

Steps to apply for UKPSC Recruitment 2024

Applicants will have until November 7 to complete their online submission. Additionally, candidates will have the opportunity to make corrections or amendments in their applications between November 19 and November 28, 2024.

Step 2: On the homepage, go to the “Recruitment” section.

Step 3: Find and select UKPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2024 notification.

Step 4: Click on “Apply Online” option and proceed with registration by entering the required information.

Step 5: Log in with your credentials to access the application form.

Step 6: Complete the form by filling all the required details and uploading the required documents like your photograph and signature.

Step 7: Pay the application fee as per your category.

Step 8: Once submitted, save and print a copy of the application form for future reference.

UKPSC Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

Written Examination: The written examination will consist of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and its duration will be 3 hours.

Interview: Candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written examination will be invited for personal interview.

Document Verification: Selected candidates will have to submit all required documents for verification before final appointment.
