The aim of TS SET is to assess the eligibility of candidates for the roles of Assistant Professor and Lecturer in universities and colleges of Telangana.
Osmania University has released the answer key of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TS SET) 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check and download the answer key by visiting the official website of the university, telanganaset.org. They can also raise objections against the TG SET 2024 answer key till September 26.
The exam was conducted from September 10 to 13. The aim of TS SET is to assess the eligibility of candidates for the roles of Assistant Professor and Lecturer in universities and colleges in Telangana. As per the marking scheme, each question carries two marks. To pass the exam, general category candidates need to score 40 per cent and reserved category candidates need to score at least 35 per cent marks.
TS SET 2024 Answer Key: Steps to Raise Objection
Step 1: Visit the official website telanganaset.org.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the TS SET 2024 answer key link.
Step 3: A new window will appear which will contain the answer key in PDF format.
Step 4: Check all the answers carefully.
Step 5: Candidates who wish to apply need to log in using their TS SET 2024 hall ticket number and date of birth.
Step 6: Select the question on which you want to raise objection. Write the reason. Upload supporting documents.
Step 7: Pay the required fee. Submit your objection.
Step 8: Download the acknowledgement form and take a printout of it for further use.
The three-hour exam consists of two papers, both containing objective-type questions, and is conducted in a three-hour session. In TG SET Paper I, candidates are given 50 compulsory questions aimed at evaluating the teaching and research aptitude of the candidate. These questions assess reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking, and general awareness. On the other hand, TS SET Paper II consists of 100 objective-type compulsory questions and is tailored to the subject chosen by the candidate, covering the entire syllabus.
